Beta period: no purchase, no refund
Deadnet is currently in a closed beta. Drives are distributed at no cost to accepted beta testers — there is no purchase to refund. If your beta drive arrives damaged or doesn't work on a compatible computer, see "Defective Products" below. The refund policy below describes what will apply once Deadnet officially launches with paid pricing.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (post-launch)
When Deadnet launches with paid pricing, we will offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Simply email us with your order number and we'll process your refund.
How to Request a Refund (post-launch)
- 1. Email support@deadnet.dev within 30 days of delivery.
- 2. Include your order number.
- 3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Defective Products
If your Deadnet drive arrives physically damaged, fails to boot on a compatible computer, or does not pass our quality checks, we will replace it at no cost. To request a replacement:
- 1. Email support@deadnet.dev with your order number.
- 2. Describe the issue (won't boot, physical damage, error message, etc.).
- 3. We'll verify the issue and ship a replacement within 2-3 business days.
Compatibility
Please verify your computer meets the minimum requirements before requesting beta access:
- • 8GB RAM minimum (16GB recommended)
- • USB 3.0 or faster port
- • 64-bit operating system: Windows 10+, macOS 11+ on Apple Silicon (M1–M4 — Intel Macs not supported), or Ubuntu 20.04+
If you're unsure about compatibility, contact us before requesting and we'll help you verify.
