We want you to be completely satisfied with your Deadnet drive. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Simply email us with your order number and we'll process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

  3. 3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Defective Products

If your Deadnet drive arrives physically damaged, fails to boot on a compatible computer, or does not pass our quality checks, we will replace it at no cost. To request a replacement:

  1. 1. Email support@deadnet.com with your order number.
  2. 2. Describe the issue (won't boot, physical damage, error message, etc.).
  3. 3. We'll verify the issue and ship a replacement within 2-3 business days.
