Refund Policy

Policy

Due to the nature of the product — digital content pre-loaded on physical media — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Once the USB drive has been opened and used, the digital content has been accessed and cannot be "returned."

Defective Products

If your Deadnet drive arrives physically damaged, fails to boot on a compatible computer, or does not pass our quality checks, we will replace it at no cost. To request a replacement:

  1. 1. Email support@deadnet.com with your order number.
  2. 2. Describe the issue (won't boot, physical damage, error message, etc.).
  3. 3. We'll verify the issue and ship a replacement within 2-3 business days.

Compatibility

Please verify your computer meets the minimum requirements before purchasing:

  • 8GB RAM minimum
  • USB 3.0 port
  • 64-bit operating system: Windows 10+, macOS 11+, or Ubuntu 20.04+

We cannot issue refunds for purchases made for incompatible systems. If you're unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering.
